The Best Deep Conditioners


With the weather getting colder by the day, I notice that my hair is starting to take a real beating from the elements (especially from this bi-polar weather here in Toronto!) But before I explain the rest of this post, here is a brief background on my hair. 

I have natural, 4a/b textured hair (for more information on hair texture click HERE) that is mid back length (when stretched!) and is eternally dry. And since my hair is always dry, I have to make sure that my moisture intake is on point. That's where these awesome deep conditioning treatments come in.

The Best Moisturizing Sheet Masks


Even though my skin feels oily moist of the time, I always like to pamper it with sheet masks. Originally created in Asia, these thin pieces of face shape cotton are all the rage right now on the beauty scene...and for good reason! There is a face mask to treat almost any face ailment you can imagine! From masks that contain tea tree oil to help reduce acne, to those that contain brightening ingredients to treat stubborn dark marks. But for today's post, I am going to focus on three masks that I like to use when my skin is feeling a little parched....
